After working in administration and customer service roles for the last 17 years, becoming a Virtual Assistant was the next logical step in my journey. Her role involves creating reports, managing invoices, handling social media for clients, client outreach, cold calling, and website design!

Organisation is my forte and, to me at least, there is no better feeling than sitting back and looking at what once was a mess and is now sparkly and well-organised! Becoming a Virtual Assistant has been a game-changer for me, as it fits perfectly around my busy schedule and allows me to complete my favourite tasks, all while fulfilling my desire to help others!
When I’m not working or studying, I love to get creative through cooking or baking, and have recently taken up crocheting. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, and watching a good film or series!

I’m from Australia and now call Scotland home.
I’ve worked in office support roles for private and public sector organisations for over 20 years. As a high-level Executive Assistant, I love making my Director’s and Executive’s lives easier. I’m a whizz at diary and inbox management. Typing, audio dictation, formatting, and committee management are my bread and butter and I love a good spreadsheet.
Outside of work, I love baking, cycling, and hiking (mostly so I can eat more scones). I also have a passion for doing my bit in the climate crisis, striving to be plastic and packaging-free and thinking about the impact of everything I buy. I’m especially enthusiastic (annoying?) during Plastic Free July!
